I’ve spent more than two decades working on the frontlines  with giants in the service industry like The Men’s Wearhouse, Kimpton Hotels, Omni Hotels, and the Four Seasons.

I’ve learned the secrets to delivering an excellent customer experience, and now I work with small business sharing those secrets. Those who work with me are able to use my knowledge as a business shortcut and leave their competition in the dust.
